I take pride in utilising local produce and keeping the menu exciting by basing it around mountain seasonal availability. My aim as a local chef, is to create an environment suitable for locals - teens to mature - for takeaway or a relaxed meal, and to bring some vitality into their day. With the meat being free-range, and the fish line-caught, I also plan to serve all foods as nature intended.
